The episode starts with a touching scene of Sai hugging Savi. The Thakkars are very happy about winning Sai’s custody and start preparing to welcome her home. Meanwhile, Harsh and Ashika are upset about losing the case and blame each other.
Savi calls Isha to share the good news about getting Sai’s custody. Isha is overjoyed and decides to make ukdecha modak to welcome her granddaughter.
At the Thakkar house, everyone is busy getting ready for Sai’s arrival. Savi learns that Sai likes kansar (sheera) sweet and starts making it. Rajendra (who Savi now calls Papa) gives her a diamond necklace as a gift for her first time cooking in their home.
When Bhagyashree brings Sai home, the whole family surprises them with a song and dance. This makes Harsh and Ashika, who are watching from outside, feel even more upset. Rajat tells them to leave, which leads to an argument where Harsh says Rajat only married Savi for the custody case.
The family then showers Sai with love and gifts. In a sweet moment, Sai shares chocolates with everyone and asks Rajat to share his with Savi. As Rajendra tries to take a picture of this, he accidentally drops his phone, breaking the screen. This worries Bhagyashree, who thinks it might be a bad sign.
The episode ends with everyone realizing it’s Janmashtami. Bhagyashree feels bad for forgetting to prepare the traditional Chappan Bhog for Lord Krishna.
